Computer Science Research Group was founded in 2014 as a part of Chair of Applied Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics. Researchers from this research group in collaboration with colleagues from Applied Mathematics Research Group are the core of this new study programme Mathematics and Computer Science.
Researchers from this research group are well connected with several european centers of excellence. There exists very good cooperation with Max-Planck-Institute for Computer Science, Saarbruecken, as well as with several excellent researchers and their research groups:
